Features:

Ether based TPU hose reinforced with a TPU-coated grey colored steel spiral, to offer the best adhesion with the hose wall. The wall material is permanent antistatic (R<10⁹ Ohm/m).

Smooth inside to ensure optimization of flow properties. Constant Wall thickness of 1,5 mm for the whole diameter range.The hose is odourless and doesn’t change the organoleptical properties of the transferred materials. Resistant to abrasion,  microbes and Hydrolysis, as well as to UV and weathering.

Food grade, in accordance with EU 10/2011(classes A, B, C, D1, D2, E) and FDA Regulations (title 21 CFR 177.2600).

It can be made conductive (R<10² Ohm/m) by grounding the spiral.

Application:

Suction of highly abrasive media in food and pharmaceutical industries and for all those applications where a special microbes resistance is required. Mainly used in plastic industry for the suction of granulates for products intended to come into contact with foodstuff. Installed on street cleaning vehicles.
