Features:

Ester based TPU hose reinforced with a TPU coated copper colored steel spiral that allows a high adhesion.

Constant wall thickness of 0,9 mm for the whole diameter range. Smooth inside.
Strong but very light and flexible even at low temperatures, it is suitable for heavy duty applications where a very good abrasion resistance is required. Resistant to mineral oils, UV rays, chemicals, atmospheric agents and ozone.

Conductive (R<10² Ohm/m) by grounding the spiral.

It can be produced in the microbes resistant version or with permanent antistatic material (R<10⁹ Ohm/m)

Application:

Suction of granulates, abrasive powders and sawdust. For plastic, woodworking and ceramic industries, dedusting and suction plants.
