Features:
Transparent ether based TPU hose, reinforced with a high adhesion TPU coated grey colored steel spiral.
The wall material is permanent antistatic (R<109 Ohm/m).
Constant wall thickness of 0,40 mm throughout the range. Excellent resistance to abrasion, UV and flexion as well as to Hydrolysis and microbes.
Axially compressible (5:1).
Food grade, according to EU 10/2011(classes A, B, C, D2, E) and FDA Reg. (CFR 21-Item 177.2600). Suitable for fatty food.
It can be made conductive (R<102 Ohm/m) by grounding the spiral.
Application:
Food industry: light suction of abrasive powders, flours and fatty food.
