The wine season has started and IPL introduces its range dedicated to the wine industry, a sector to which the company has always paid particular attention, offering flexible certified solutions for every stage of the production process. PVC-P hoses with a food-grade spiral, first of all BACCO hose, are the most widely used in the various stages of wine processing: thanks to their particular flexibility and ease of handling in use, they are easily installed on oenological equipment and machinery, for suction and delivery of beverages with alcohol concentration up to 50%. Within the range of PVC-P spiral hoses, IPL also proposes the SPIRALPRESS ENO hose, specifically designed for the sector and featuring a protruding spiral, which facilitates its sliding on the ground; thanks to the textile reinforcement in high tenacity polyester fibre, it is suitable for operations requiring excellent resistance to high pressures.
In the various stages of filling and/or bottling, IPL recommends the use of flexible solutions made of food-grade PVC or TPE-S rubber, the latter being highly hygienic and neutral to odours and flavours.
